The motto, »Amore Motore,« truly captured the spirit of the Gipfeltreffen 2025. For three days, Porsche Germany guided its friends along some of the most beautiful and dramatic roads in northern Italy, accompanied by the roar of engines and the magic of shared experiences.

The starting point was the Parkhotel Mondschein in Bolzano, where around 70 vehicles – from the 1970 911 ST to the brand-new Taycan Turbo GT – gathered. From the very first day, it was clear that true passion cannot be deterred by the weather: snow and rain forced a change in plans, canceling the intended route over the Stelvio, Bernina, and Ofen Passes. Instead, the convoy navigated smaller, almost hidden passes such as the Bondone en route to Lake Garda, with a stop at the legendary Parkhotel Riva, before returning via Madonna di Campiglio. An improvised start – yet one that perfectly captured the spirit of the Gipfeltreffen.

  • Day two turned into a true pass marathon. The Curves crew set off early at 6:30 a.m., tackling the Niger Pass, Passo Pellegrino, Rolle, Zoldo, and Duran, continuing on to Passo di Gian, Falzarego, Pordoi, Sella, and finally the Grödner Joch. A perfect day of sun, breathtaking panoramas, and unforgettable moments as 911s and Taycans ran bumper to bumper through the Dolomites. Anyone who has driven these roads knows: this is automotive poetry.

On day three, winter made a return. Yet even snow could not halt the convoy. Crossing the Timmelsjoch, the group reached Sölden, culminating at the futuristic Ice Q, perched high above the clouds, with a visit to the James Bond Museum. A fitting finale that showcased the unique mix of adventure and exclusivity.

  • As always, all Porsche communities were present – Heizr, Curves, Petro Surf, Onassis, Type 7 – alongside celebrities and personalities including photographers, designers, and artists. Guests had also traveled from China and Iceland. The Porsche Museum displayed all Cayenne models and offered a sneak preview of the new Cayenne E4. The variety ranged from air-cooled classics to electric avant-garde – a tribute to the brand’s past, present, and future.

It was never just about the roads; it was about the vibe: the encounters, the camaraderie, the shared awe. An event not to be missed – and once again, Porsche Germany executed it with brilliance. Chapeau.
